Why hello, loves! I have had a cahhhhhhhhhhhh-razy week and I am seriously glad the weekend is almost here (just need to get through Ignite tonight) as I just need to veg and do nothing - or hike.... or replant our veggie patch..... or something that is the polar opposite of working.
But enough yapping, let's have a look at the week that was! >>
Recent Obsession: Spiralised salads. Ignore this hastily pre-dressing snapped iPhone shot, but this week Jesse has been all about salads and since I'm a hater of boring salads, I've been making things interesting by adding heaps of spiralised veggies into the mix.
I'm currently obsessed with spiralised raw beetroot. Hellloooo heaven.
The above was our Healthy Asian Noodle Salad Recipe with Creamy Peanut Dressing (minus the noodles for Jesse, plus the noodles and made into rice paper rolls for me as this ridiculously active girl needs carbs) and it was sooooooooo good!
Recent Rituals: My post workout ritual; rolling with my beloved R8 (I swear it's the best thing I have EVER bought) and snuggling with Trixie as she spends the entire time I'm working out pawing at the door, trying to get my attention so I'll throw her ball (she wants to play fetch all. day. long.)
Recent Munching: I can't stop eating snow peas at the moment! I used to not be able to eat them with all of my food intolerances, however, now that I can I am certainly making up for lost time and they are SO good!
Recent Breakfasting: I am loving on overnight oats lately... well.. I say lately but I have pretty much been eating overnight oats for the last month or so as I cannnnnot stop pairing fresh juicy strawberries with melty peanut butter.

Recent Realisation: This is kind of my life, in a video.... At least I know I'm not the only incredibly clumsy person out there! (it might take a little while to load but you have to watch it haha)
But tell me, how has your week been?
What's the one food you've been eating over and over again this week?
And what was the last thing to impress or shock you?
