Helloooo! It's Friday again! This week has been all sorts of jumbled up as we had a long weekend, but that also means I have plenty to share with you!

So here's what's been happening in our world recently! >>
Recent Adventures: This past weekend was a long weekend for us and we packed it full of fun. On Sunday we decided to do something we'd been talking about for years and hopped on a train down to Kiama for lunch!
We went with my Mum and Dad and the train ride was absolutely gorgeous with incredible ocean views as we wrapped our way down and around the coast. Even better? The trip was only $2.50 thanks to the Opal card's capped Sunday travel.
Transport NSW seriously needs to hire my mama as their personal sales person as I think she's the Opal's biggest fan.... but hey! For once our state government had a good idea :P
Recent Discovery: That Cotton On have SERIOUSLY cute socks... and they're currently on sale for 3 pairs for $10. I know a certain someone who would love these too!
And they have cute mugs too... and I really need to not be looking at online stores and getting this post done so I can hit publish.... but I really need that tea mug in my life....

Claire had a very SIL inspired lunch earlier this week as she made my Healthy Zucchini Slice Recipe and My Ultimate Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe.
Emily made my Healthy Carrot Cake Baked Oatmeal Recipe (one of my FAVES!) and Megan made my new Healthy Baked Falafel Recipe!
Recent Obsession: And speaking of falafels. I cannot stop eating them. Do yourself a favour and make my Healthy Baked Falafel Recipe right away! It is SO easy, uses canned chickpeas and is also gluten free, vegan and grain free. BOOM!
And I'm still obsessed with nomato sauce, of course! I don't know if that obsession will ever die... especially when stored in pretty strawberry jars.
Recent Laughs: Okay, soo.... this is Engrish at it's finest and this was DEFINITELY the hardest I've laughed all week.
I ordered this shirt online and when it arrived in the mail this week, I realised it really did come from China and clearly the people making the shirt had NO idea what they were printing.
I've told Jesse this is my new grumpy day shirt. Why? So I can walk down the street and watch people's faces as they try to work out if they've lost their mind or the shirt is actually really messed up.
Recent Food Faves: Super duper crunchy toast spread with a thick layer of avocado and then topped with sea salt and cracked pepper. This combination never gets old.
I've been an avocado toast fan since I first started liking avocados (which I can actually tell you was when I was 9 years old on summer holidays in Queensland, by the pool eating plain doritos and fresh queensland avocados from the market! :P) and I don't think the obsession will ever die!
Recent Must-Try: A slice of my Healthy Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe, spread with almond butter. Can't stop, won't stop.
