Recent Things: Must Haves, Laughs and Pumpkin Spice in Australia!

Hold up a minute... you're telling me it's Friday already?!

Yep.. This week has been one of those weeks. One of those weeks that is SO BUSY that I've blinked and all of a sudden the week is gone. Sheesh!

But let's back it up a bit and see what's been happening in our world this week!

Peanut Butter and Co Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter in Australia

Recent Purchases: Peanut Butter & Co's Limited Edition PUMPKIN SPICE PEANUT BUTTER!!!!!! Thank you, God for allowing humans to realise online shopping NEEDED to happen so geography doesn't have to stop me missing out on delicious peanut butter goodness.

I'll have to report back next week to let you know what it tastes like ;) (but go do yourself a favour and order it RIGHT NOW before they run out of stock!)

PS: If you're looking for more pumpkin spice goodness in Australia or anywhere else in the world (they ship to most countries and shipping is only $5 to Australia!) try this Pumpkin Spice Tea, actual Pumpkin Spice Mix, Pumpkin Spice Stevia or do a search on iHerb (PS: the code OTO868 will get you $5 off your first order + 10% off your total order!)

Chanel looking out the window

Recent Puppiness: Our crazy puppies have worked out how to pull up the blinds and peek out the windows whenever we're outside (or leaving to go somewhere) and they think they're the smartest things in the world.

This is Chanel whining at me and looking longingly as I left the house on Sunday :P

Weeding our Veggie PatchGarden Plans

Recent Gardening: On Saturday apparently I had WAY too much energy as I came back from Zumba, walked Chanel and then decided I desperately needed to weed our veggie patch right that minute.

Our poor veggie patch has been sitting vacant for months and it was OVERRUN with weeds so we had to get in, rip them all out, mix up the soil and refresh it with compost and all that good (smelly) stuff :P

The plan this year is to grow cucumbers, snow peas and spinach and we haven't yet decided what we'll do in the other patch!

Minnie and Mickey Kissing Mug

Recent Must Haves: My laptop and tea. Girl has been BUSSSSSSSSSSAAAAAAAAAAAAAY this week. And let's not even talk about the fact that apparently my trusty iPad overheated (I think) and will not turn back on. Yeah no... let's not talk about that.

Babysitting our Friends' Kids

Recent Fun: Babysitting our friends' four kiddos who have to be the best kids in the world. We're so lucky to have friends with little ones who we can steal :P They even willingly let us steal them! Ha! ;)

Gotta Catch 'Em All Pokemon Prank

Recent Laughs: If you follow us on Instagram you probably saw my Dad's ridiculousness on our Instagram story, however, if you didn't you'll have to imagine it :P

My Dad had bought all of these little pokemon figurines on eBay a while ago and has been desperately waiting for them to arrive so he could surprise Jesse with them. He decided when he ordered them that when he'd come he'd throw them at Jesse and yell "GOTTA CATCH 'EM ALL!!!!!!!!" - but what he actually did was way funnier.

Poor Jesse ended up with 30 teeny tiny Pokemon hurled at him and he had no idea what was going on :P

Cheeky Trixie Belle

Recent Puppy Love: Trixie has been extra snuggly this week and has decided she won't sleep at night unless she's curled up next to me. For some reason she will not sleep if she's on Jesse's side of the bed but if she's in the middle touching me or on my side of the bed she will sleep and not move all night long.

Easy Healthy Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Recent Posts: This week on the blog I shared my Healthy Vegan Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal Recipe as well as an Easy Homemade Three Ingredient Crackers Recipe but I think the most important post of the week was my post on How to Pack an Operation Christmas Child Shoebox for Less than $15. I'm actually working on creating a printable version of that post for our church as it's been such a huge hit!

But tell me, how has your week been?
What's one of your favourite purchases/finds/recipes from this week?
And when's the last time you really laughed?
