So, when I posted my Vitamin C Flu Fighter Smoothie Recipe last week, I mentioned that I don't have smoothies that often.... but I should have said usually, because lately I have been on the front carriage of the smoothie train riding again and again.

Which is strange, because it's been really cold here lately and icy cold smoothies aren't really the ultimate winter food - but perhaps it's because I'm wishing that I was in the northern hemisphere, soaking up the sunshine.

That said, whatever hemisphere you're in right now, this smoothie recipe is seriously delicious - and so easy to throw together.

Whether you want to enjoy it as a snack or alongside a heartier breakfast, or want to enjoy it as a filling breakfast on it's own, I've shared both options - as well as a vegan option!

I use frozen strawberries for this recipe to keep the cost down - but also so I can make it year-round. If you've got fresh strawberries that you need to use up, add these here instead - the choice is yours!

Play around with it, make it your own and sip away!
So let me share the recipe with you! >>

But tell me,
If you could fly to any place right now, where would you go and why?
I'd be heading to Hawaii for the sunshine or California for some Disneyland fun!
(Also, I've been getting so many questions from people asking for Disney World/Hong Kong Disneyland/Shanghai Disneyland/Tokyo Disneyland versions of my Disneyland Gluten Free Guide and unfortunately I don't have them yet! We're hoping to get to the other parks in the future and share those guides as we check those off!)
