I always have to adjust the temperature depending on which pan I'm using as well! I find that the...Trying these! I love quinoa... :)<br /><br />I find that the trick with pancakes is all in the pan temperature. Too hot and they burn on the outside, too cool and they don't cook through and/or fall apart when you try to flip them. Even with a top-quality pan, I have to constantly adjust the gas to keep the temperature just right. They are my go too ...How could you avoid pancakes?! They are my go too breakie. I always make them with protein powder to keep me full but quinoa being high in protein would have the same effect.
