To be completely honest, I have no clue how stevia or artificial sugars work in baked goods as I don't use them, however, if you've had success using them in baked goods I'm sure you certainly could. <br /><br />With all of our recipes, we use either natural sugars like honey or maple syrup or small amounts of regular sugars so the sugar content and calorie count is still low and you don't have to worry about eating anything artificial or unnatural.
