I just want to say that I absolutely adore thi...Hi! I just want to say that I absolutely adore this recipe! I love the perfect ratio of almond flour to coconut flour. It's hard to find recipes out there that incorporates both so well. I think it tastes pretty close to a regular flour muffin, and all my kids approve!
