I love dark chocolate (90% girl here hehe) and it tastes super rich and creamy! I had to cook it quite a bit longer than directed (about 50 min) to get a firm outer edge and somewhat gooey interior. I noticed it didn't rise quite a lot but it still was fine. I added in a bit of peppermint extract to get a minty flavour, and it worked like a charm :) I topped off the brownie with some natural almond butter and coconut cream. A great dessert for any time!
