Questions and Answers - Getting to Know Kristy

Just a reminder - don't forget to answer my Simply Wize giveaway, there's only a few days left to enter!

I love survey type things so when I saw Brittany's with all of these interesting questions, I had to borrow them myself!

If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be?
If I could change anything, it'd probably be my full steam ahead attitude. I don't know how to relax. I love to be busy busy busy all the time and if I'm not, I think somethings wrong.

This is a big problem when it comes to freelance work as sometimes I'll be crazy busy, then there will be a day that I have nothing - and suddenly I feel like I'm doing the wrong thing because I should be busy.

I definitely just need to work on relaxing!

What, more than anything else, makes you feel loved? The little things. Comments, gestures, smiles, thank you's - things that happen in the spur of the moment and aren't planned that make you stop and think wow.

How do you define success? Happiness, health, comfort - by comfort, I mean knowing that you are self sufficient and not constantly worrying that you can't pay for this or afford that.

If you were the king (or queen) of the world, what is the first thing you would change? The price of gluten free food. No, no... that's a bit of a selfish one. I'd like to make mandatory family time. These days people are so rushed that they forget about the most important people in their lives - everyone needs time to slow down and appreciate their loved ones.

The pictures from Curiosity are incredible,
it's hard to believe they're from Mars.

If you could travel back in time, which historical event would you like to witness? Hmm, I'm not sure what I would have liked to have witnessed as it'd change your perspective of everything. I think it would have been awesome to be in the room as the NASA team saw the moon landing - or even when the mars rover (curiosity) landed just this month. I think the atmosphere would have been electric after all of those people worked so long and so hard and their work finally paid off.

What is the most important thing you want to accomplish before you die? Family. I want to be a Mum and a Wife more than anything in the world - and I will be.

What’s your biggest pet peeve? (Something people do that REALLY annoys you). I don't like when people are late or when people cancel on you at the last minute - that really peeves me off!

Where in the world would you most like to live? With Jesse. People ask me this question often, as I can choose to live in America or Australia - but it doesn't matter. I need to live close to the ones I love or I'll never be happy - even if I live on the prettiest of tropical islands.
If money was no object, what would you be doing right now? I’d be in Louisiana - actually no.. first I'd be in Louisiana to spend time with my other family, then I'd like to travel from there - with my family in tow. (Somehow miraculously, I'd like Katrina to be well enough to fly - but someday she shall!)

So tell me, what's the one thing in life that you must accomplish?

Feel free to ask me any other questions you might be interested to know the answer to!

    1. If only traveling didn't cost an arm and a leg! Culture shock would be too bad, you could just move on to the next place ;P
