2016 Healthy Living Gift Guide

The Best Fitness Gift Ideas for Healthy Living 2016 - Women's Christmas Gift Guide, Gift Ideas for Wife, Gifts for Girlfriend, Christmas, Anniversary, Birthday

Today I'm sharing the last of my Christmas Gift Guides for 2016 and I certainly think I've saved some of the best ideas for you. From an electric spiraliser to some of my favourite things, I've got lots of gifts that you'll probably want to buy for yourself 😉

So let me share our Healthy Living Gift Ideas for 2016 >>

How much? RRP $99.95
The best bits? STOP THE PRESS! I'm pretty sure this electric spiraliser is the number one healthy living Christmas gift for 2016. I pretty much squealed with delight when I saw this and I'm now making and eating all the zoodles, spoodles, coodles and poodles (that's potato noodles, friends... not dogs). I have had a spiraliser for years but this is SO much faster and easier.
Available from? Harvey Norman

How much? $249.95
The best bits? The Fitbit Charge 2 is great because it not only tracks your steps but also allows you to track a wide variety of exercises, records your sleep and heart rate, shows your call, text and calendar alerts and even has guided breathing sessions.
Available from? Online at Fitbit or available from most department stores or technology retailers.

How much? $49.95
The best bits? It's summer in Sydney and that means it's the perfect time for popsicles! This set is the perfect healthy gift as it allows you to make smoothies, popsicles or blend up whatever you fancy!

Who for? Anyone on your list!
The best bits? Whether you're running with them, throwing them into your gym bag or carrying them in your purse, OtterBox cases guarantee your devices stay in tact! We can't recommend the Defender Series range enough - it's actually the first thing we buy when we think about buying a new phone as we won't use it until the case is on!
Where from? Online at Otterbox or online at the OtterBox Amazon Store (where we get ours and have them shipped to Australia)

How much? From $27.
The best bits?  I love essential oils and aromatherapy products and River Veda have some of the best. Perfect for pampering, I highly recommend their Aroma Blends Life Set ($155) if you want to go all out - or their Essential Oil Unwind Blend or Honeysuckle and Rose Exotic Bliss Aroma Bath and Body Oil ($43) to a pamper pack.
Available from? Online at World Organics.

The best bits? Jesse and I love high quality scented candles and Papinelle have an incredile range.
