These Healthy Halloween Snack Ideas are so easy to make, thanks to Real Foods Corn Thins. Move over rice cakes and boring toppings. Shake up your lunch or afternoon snack with Real Food's Corn This and these 6 delicious topping ideas. From peanut butter and banana to pesto and eggs, cheese, avocado, pretzel sticks and more, create your own cute (or scary!) Halloween characters with mummies, spiders, monsters and more. Gluten free, vegan, dairy free, nut free and clean eating friendly options.

This post is sponsored by Real Foods, however, all recipes and opinions are entirely our own and this is a brand we genuinely love and buy ourselves and confidently recommend to you!

Halloween is less than three weeks away, and whilst there are plenty of sugar-laden treat recipes out there, I wanted to share 6 Healthy Halloween Snack ideas the whole family will love.

These snacks are made with one of my all time favourite gluten free snacks, Corn Thins! Unlike tasteless rice cakes (because let's be honest, rice cakes kind of taste like styrofoam), Corn Thins are made from popped corn and gluten free grains and they're seriously delicious. The original version tastes almost like popcorn, but now Corn Thins have six delicious flavours in their range.

So, with six delicious flavours to choose from, I decided to share six different healthy Halloween snack options with you - three sweet and three savoury, each featuring a different Corn Thins product.

So let me show you what we created! >>

Corn Thins Product Range - Healthy Halloween Snack Recipes - Healthy, gluten free, lunchbox ideas, healthy rice cake topping ideas

The Corn Thins range is completely gluten free, non GMO, free from artificial colours and preservatives, milk and nut free, vegan and kosher certified - so almost everyone can enjoy them.

For my Healthy Halloween snacks, I started with these six flavours:
All of the Corn Thin flavours are available at Coles and Woolworths Australia wide!

Pesto Spider Rice Cake - Healthy Halloween Snack Recipes - Healthy, gluten free, lunchbox ideas, healthy rice cake topping ideas.jpg
Cheesy Pesto Spiders
This super cute spider is nothing to be afraid of!

Take
Tasty Cheese Corn Thins  and top with pesto (or your favourite dip - your spider can be any colour you like!), some boiled egg or cheese eyes, olive pupils and some pretzel stick legs.

Feel like something different? Get creative and switch up the toppings!

Another Idea! Top your Corn Thin with mashed avocado, add chives for the legs and use a babybel bel cheese cut in half for the eyes, topping the eyes with half a cherry tomato.

Mummy Rice Cake - Healthy Halloween Snack Recipes - Healthy, gluten free, lunchbox ideas, healthy rice cake topping ideasMonster Mummy
What kind of music does a mummy listen to? Wrap

Wrap up a Soy and Linseed Corn Thin and turn it into a mummy by spreading your corn thin with your favourite dip or spread (we used sundried tomato hummus), before "wrapping" with thin slices of cheese and adding some olive eyes.

To Make the Hummus: Add 1 can of rinsed and drained chickpeas, 1/3 cup drained sundried tomatoes, 2 tbsp of oil from your sundried tomatoes, the juice of half a lemon, 2 tbsp tahini and 1 clove of garlic to a food processor. Process until combined, season to taste with salt and pepper and enjoy!

Monster Mash
This little monster is almost too cute to eat!

Take an Organic Sesame Corn Thin, topped with smashed avocado (we mixed ours with some plain greek yogurt, garlic and salt and pepper for extra flavour), two Babybel cheese halves, some spikey pretzel stick hair and some olives for the mouth and pupils.

Monsters are the easiest snack creations to make because you can let your imagination run wild.

Why not set your monsters up with a variety of toppings and let them come up with their own creations?
Owl Rice Cake - Healthy Halloween Snack Recipes - Healthy, gluten free, lunchbox ideas, healthy rice cake topping ideas, kids birthday party ideas
Ollie Owl
Hoooooooooooooo's hungry? This sweet snack is probably my favourite.. but how could you resist?

To make your owl, take a Multigrain Corn Thin and top with almond butter (or cream cheese or your favourite nut butter), some apple slice "wings", two banana slice eyes with blueberry pupils, a little banana beak and some sliced almond feathers.

Cat Rice Cake - Healthy Halloween Snack Recipes - Healthy, gluten free, lunchbox ideas, healthy rice cake topping ideas, kids birthday party ideasPeanut Butter Cat
Peanut butter and banana are my favourite corn thin toppings - but this gets a cute kitty cat twist!

To make your cat, take a Whole Grain Thins Ancient Grains (previously called Sorghum) and top with peanut butter, banana ears, raisin eyes, a chocolate chip nose, banana mouth and pretzel stick whiskers.

Bear Rice Cake - Healthy Halloween Snack Recipes - Healthy, gluten free, lunchbox ideas, healthy rice cake topping ideas, kids birthday party ideas
Teddy Bear

And last but not least, the simplest one of all! This Teddy Bear Corn Thin takes minimal effort.

To make your teddy bear, take an Original Corn Thin and top with peanut butter, banana and blueberries to make your teddy bear's face.

Want it to be even sweeter? Swap the peanut butter for Nutella or chocolate nut spread for a sweeter treat.
