I have a bit of an announcement! I've been selected as an evian Live Young Blogger Advocate - and I'm super excited for what evian have in store for Sydney!
evian's Live Young Expert, Dr Adam Fraser says that "Playing is not just for kids, in fact, it is vital that adults enjoy some play time each week in order to boost optimism, productivity and happiness. It is critical to not only the development of our brain, but also in terms of the health of it" - and I truly believe that too.
Just make sure you play a little safer than Jesse did this weekend ;) (I wish I had have kept filming when he fell in - but I was too busy on the floor laughing myself silly and seeing if he was okay!). I can't watch that video without laughing ;P
Being an adult doesn't mean you have to stop having fun. I think it makes it even more important to have silly moments where your stomach hurts from laughing and you have the biggest smile on your face - and I think that's exactly the feeling evian will be giving hundreds of Sydney siders.
That picture shows you what evian have in store. A giant backyard will pop up in Martin Place and Bondi Beach where adults can enjoy being a kid for a little while. Swing on their giant Hills Hoist (and don't get yelled at by Mum!) and revisit your childhood.
I'll be sharing more details and pictures and info soon (and there's an awesome competition to go with it!) but mark down these dates in your diary. Wednesday September 25th the giant evian Live Young Backyard will open in Martin Place (from 6am-3pm) and then it will move to Bondi Beach (opposite Roscoe St Mall) on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th of September from 8am-5pm.
But tell me, how do you "live young"?
And yes, I am totally dragging Jesse down to the Giant Live Young Backyard to test it out ourselves ;)
