Hey there! Happpyyyy Friday!
What a crazy week we've had. We're currently immersed in the house buying world and our weeks seem to revolve around open for inspections, browsing real estate listings and talking with agents.
Let's just say, I will be SO glad when we buy a house and I can have my life back 😜
But first, I've got to catch you up on our week! >>
Recently Working: In a creepy drug den.... just kidding! Jesse has been testing some things for work so I now have custom lights in my office 😜
It actually looks really cool with the pink lights on... just don't try to read a book, haha!
Recently Eating: Freddo Frog Ice Cream Cake 😜Am I 8? Or 28? I don't really know.... but it is gluten free and I haven't eaten ice cream cake in a billion years.
We had dinner with my sister and her boyfriend on Saturday and I didn't feel like baking, so ice cream cake it was! We then had a family battle over whether it was flavoured or not. 60% of us said it wasn't flavoured (and it isn't), but my Dad and Jesse in particular were CONVINCED that the colours were actually flavours.
It reminded me of an experiment we did in high school where the teachers dyed regular milk blue and asked people what it tasted like... and now I'm wondering if it's a boy vs girl thing!
Recently Spotting: This creepy little Elsa Meerkat. Who cast a spell on the poor ice queen?!
Recently Reading: A few books I wasn't sure of (I couldn't decide if I loved or hated this one) and compiling my September TBR list.

haha, I like your new custom lighting! :] That cake looks awesome too (I can't remember the last time I had ice cream cake! :( ). I'm hoping to get some leisure reading in this weekend--we'll see if that actually gets to happen, heheh.
