Six Sentence Sundays: March 30th, 2014 (SSS#4)

6 Sentence Sunday

A yoyo day

Today is what we like to call a yo-yo day, we're here gone here gone here gone all day long.

Breakfast Banana Cheesecakes

I'm still working on that banana cheesecake recipe, I made a bunch yesterday and we had them for breakfast this morning (they're that healthy!), but the crust isn't perfect yet so hang in there!!

Jesse and Katrina with glowstick glasses

Yesterday, Jesse spent $15 on glowsticks and he and Katrina then sat in the living room looking like total dorks having a glow stick party ;P

Yesterday I took Jesse to Spotlight for the first time which was a totally bad decision on my part as he wanted to buy ALL THE THINGS!

Bunny plush

He bought me an early Easter present though, so it's all okay - and yes... I'm still five ;P

We're thinking of seeing Noah this week but we're hearing mixed reviews, have you seen it?

But tell me, sum up your day/weekend in a few sentences!
How do you usually spend your Sundays?
and Are you secretly five too? ;P

  1. I haven't heard anything about Noah yet, but I have seen the billboards on the street! I really wanna watch it...hopefully soon, if someone watches Selah. ;) Do people say that it's pretty accurate?

I've heard a lot of people complaining that it doesn't even mention God and is really far from the actual story in the people - but then I've heard people who say that it gives a pretty accurate account of other things so who knows!!

Haha, thank you lovely! They are so so good - the crust is the only thing left to perfect. Jesse thinks it's fine, but it's not perfect so it's not blogworthy yet ;P

  7. Patiently waiting for this cheesecake recipe... crusts are hard to make, mine just crumble and don't stick together! a good one is almond meal, egg, coconut oil, and bit of unrefined sugar x

We've actually made an almond meal crust recipe, but I didn't think it matched the cheesecake right - so now we're looking at trying something totally different and doing a cereal crust!
