One of the most popular recipes on the blog is our Healthy Paleo Banana Bread Recipe - and for good reason. It is SO easy and seriously, ridiculously delicious.

Even if you don't normally like paleo or grain free baked goods, you'll love this one. Even our fussiest friends and family members love it and we make it again and again and again.

... and I also like to play with the recipe.

One Bowl Paleo Orange Bread Recipe - healthy, low carb, gluten free, grain free, coconut flour recipes

With a fridge full of giant oranges, I decided this time I wanted to make a Paleo Orange Cake - so tweaking our favourite banana bread recipe, I came up with the most delicious cake/loaf that's full of orange flavour.

To date, I've made the basic Paleo Banana Bread recipe into these recipes:
And right now, this Orange Loaf might be my favourite.

Recipe: Grain Free Pizza Puffs (Gluten Free!)

Gluten Free Pizza Puffs Recipe - Grain Free Brazilian Cheesebread Recipe, Easy Bread Recipes, Low Carb

Grain Free Pizza Puffs Recipe - Grain free, gluten free and packed full of flavour. What’s not to love about this easy Pizza Puffs Recipe?! Keto friendly and low carb, pizza just got a whole lot more irresistible. From pepperoni pizza to your favourite toppings, the possibilities are endless with this versatile recipe. Goodbye regular bread, hello flavour!

This recipe was never supposed to be pizza related.

You see, weeks ago I decided to make my own homemade Brazilian cheese bread after seeing them on Instagram. Unfortunately, whilst they looked amazing, they were SO bland and boring.

So I gave up on them... for a little while.

But then I had an idea!

Gluten Free Pizza Puffs Recipe - Grain Free Brazilian Cheesebread Recipe, Easy Bread Recipes, Low Carb

Why not use the Brazilian cheese bread recipe as a loose base, and then add loads of flavour.

And what flavour goes better with cheese than pepperoni?! (Also the only pizza ingredient I had in the fridge 😜)

So I got to work, adding garlic and herbs and pepperoni. The first batch was a bit too dry, but then I tweaked the recipe adding an extra egg, baking in a different shape and BAM - pizza puffs!

These pizza puffs are seriously delicious and full of pizza flavour. They’re a delicious snack or lunch addition and they take just minutes to make.

They’re grain free, yeast free and SO easy.

So let me share the recipe with you! >>

I'll be totally honest with you. When I first set out to make this recipe, Jesse thought I was ridiculous.... and I didn't really know if it would work out...

But I stuck with it, and as soon as it started baking in the oven, I could tell it was going to be delicious.

This is the kind of recipe that you make and people know you're cooking something delicious before they even get through your front door.

This time of year is the busiest social time of the year for me - and probably for you too.

Friends and family have time off work, there’s an endless string of barbecues and get togethers and your calendar seems to be totally full.

For me, it’s also the time of year where I find myself in the kitchen less, but still needing to eat - so meal prep is a must!

Being a coeliac means I can’t just eat anywhere, anytime like other people - so recipes like this make it easier for me to grab a quick lunch or dinner before heading out, or is something I can easily bake and take with me to share with friends for a lunch or brunch event.

Recipe: Healthy Hash Brown Crusted Quiche (Gluten Free & Grain Free!)

Easy Hash Brown Crusted Quiche Recipe – gluten free, grain free, clean eating recipe, healthy, nut free

It's no secret that sometimes life gets crazy.

I find that things always seem to happen all at once. Work gets crazy busy, our nights are filled with things to do and our weekends are filled with things to do with friends and somehow we have to fit in "life" stuff in-between (because you know, my house doesn't know how to clean itself and my laundry pile just keeps on growing).

In those busy moments, I always like to make time for meal prep. Why? Because when I'm in the middle of a crazy day, there is nothing better than lunch or dinner that's already made. This quiche is one of those recipes I've been making on the weekends, ready for a busy work week.

It's super simple to make and super delicious to eat - and totally healthy too.

Easy Hash Brown Crusted Quiche Recipe – gluten free, grain free, clean eating recipe, healthy, nut free

We've made it with both sweet potato and regular potato with great success - and fill the quiche with whatever we have in the fridge.

Whether you make it in the evening whilst making dinner or make it on the weekend to eat throughout the week, it's the perfect easy meal prep recipe that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Recipe: Healthy Paleo Chocolate Orange Loaf Cake

The Best Healthy Paleo Chocolate Orange Cake Recipe – easy, one bowl recipe, gluten free, grain free, paleo, dairy free, refined sugar free, clean eating recipe

Sometimes I think I should start a paleo blog...

You see, whilst I'm not paleo (because pasta = life), I have a SERIOUS obsession with paleo baked goods... particularly paleo breads.

You'd think that would be enough paleo cake/bread recipes... but whilst we were overseas, I was dreaming of another...

The Best Healthy Paleo Chocolate Orange Cake Recipe – easy, one bowl recipe, gluten free, grain free, paleo, dairy free, refined sugar free, clean eating recipe

Enter this Paleo Chocolate Orange Cake Recipe. In our house, we've been calling it a Jaffa Cake because it tastes just like a jaffa - rich and chocolatey with a hint of orange.

It's moist and delicious and seriously easy to make. All you need is one bowl, a few minutes of your time to mix them all up and an hour to bake. Before you know it, your home will smell like heaven and you'll have a loaf of deliciousness ready to devour.

And, you might be like I used to, thinking that chocolate and orange is a HORRIBLE combination that should not exist... but this recipe might change your mind too... it certainly changed mine!

Recipe: The Best Paleo Chocolate Zucchini Bread

The Best Healthy Paleo Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe - low fat, gluten free, low sugar, refined sugar free, low carb, dairy free, grain free, paleo recipes

Chocolate. It's seriously one of my favourite ingredients. That sounds kind of cliched and predictable - but it's true. Nine times out of ten, when I'm in the kitchen making some kind of treat, it will include chocolate in one form or another.

This Chocolate Zucchini Bread is one of my current favourite chocolatey treats. It's rich and delicious and full of gooey chocolate chips - but it's totally healthy too!

And I mean, can you ever say no to a healthy chocolate recipe? I think not!

The Best Healthy Paleo Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe - low fat, gluten free, low sugar, refined sugar free, low carb, dairy free, grain free, paleo recipes

I mean, even my zucchini hating husband was persuaded to try it (not by me, but by the chocolatey goodness) and whilst he complained that he wished I wouldn't put zucchini in everything, he even admitted that it was ridiculously delicious - and went back for more.

It's one of those recipes you'll come back to again and again (I mean, I have... it all started with The Best Healthy Paleo Banana Bread Recipe and now I've turned it into six different versions with this Paleo Pumpkin Bread Recipe, Paleo Zucchini Bread Recipe, Paleo Carrot Cake Recipe, this Paleo Chai Spiced Nut Bread Recipe and Paleo Carrot and Zucchini Bread Recipe).... that might seem like a little bit of overkill, but I'm a firm believer that you can never have too much of a good thing and these recipes are definitely good things.

Recipe: Healthy Paleo Carrot Zucchini Bread

Healthy Paleo Carrot Zucchini Bread Recipe - low fat, gluten free, low sugar, refined sugar free, low carb, dairy free, grain free, paleo recipes

I'm one of those people who will sneak extra vegetables in everything. One, because I have a fussy husband - and two, because I can never have enough vegetables.

This recipe came about on a whim. I decided I wanted to make some sort of sweet baked good and then spotted a zucchini and a big bag of carrots in the fridge - so I decided they needed to be an ingredient.

This Paleo Banana Bread Recipe is my favourite recipe of all time - only we didn't have any ripe bananas, so I turned to my second favourite recipe instead; The Best Paleo Zucchini Bread Recipe. A few simple changes and I had a new creation - and a new favourite recipe.

Healthy Paleo Carrot Zucchini Bread Recipe - low fat, gluten free, low sugar, refined sugar free, low carb, dairy free, grain free, paleo recipe

This Paleo Zucchini and Carrot Bread Recipe is seriously delicious and so easy to make.

It's perfect for breakfast, dessert or snacks and can be eaten at room temperature, chilled or toasted with butter - the choice is yours! The combination of flaxseeds, carrot, zucchini, almond meal and honey makes for the most incredible sweet loaf that you'll find yourself making again and again!

Recipe: 4 Ingredient Vegan Cheese Sauce (Paleo & Nut Free Option!)

Easy Four Ingredient Vegan Cheese Sauce Recipe - gluten free, paleo, vegan, low carb, sugar free, clean eating recipe, cashews, nutritional yeast

I’m not vegan. I don’t follow any particular diets (except the fact that I eat gluten free because I have coeliac disease - trust me, I’d be eating gluten if I could!!), track macros or follow any food rules. But I do loveeeeeee food.

So you’ll commonly find me eating a high carb breakfast, a paleo snack, a vegan lunch, a high protein dinner and a sugar free dessert.

Why? Because I’m all about eating all the delicious things in life.

Easy Four Ingredient Vegan Cheese Sauce Recipe - gluten free, paleo, vegan, low carb, sugar free, clean eating recipe, cashews, nutritional yeast

That’s why, today, I wanted to share my favourite Vegan Cheese Sauce Recipe with you. It has just three ingredients and can be eaten on so many different things.

The cashews in this cheese sauce give you the creamy decadence of cheese without any milk. Ever carnivores will love this recipe - we've never shared it with anyone who didn't love it!

Warm it up and drizzle it over nachos, mix it with a little bit of milk and stir through pasta for a vegan mac and cheese, use it as a salad dressing or stir it through quinoa. The possibilities are endless!

Easy Four Ingredient Vegan Cheese Sauce Recipe - gluten free, paleo, vegan, low carb, sugar free, clean eating recipe, cashews, nutritional yeast

You'll often find a jar or bottle of this in our fridge, especially if we have guests coming for dinner or have to bring a salad to someone else's house for lunch or dinner.

One of my all time favourite ways to eat it is as a dressing for a roasted vegetable quinoa salad.

Simply roast your favourite vegetables with garlic, salt and pepper and olive oil, add to cooked quinoa with some baby spinach leaves, stir through and drizzle this cheese sauce on top.

Seriously delicious, seriously easy - and seriously nutritious too because this vegan cheese sauce is so simple to make and jam packed full of nutrients.

Recipe: Gluten Free Salami Frittatas (Perfect for Meal Prep!)

Easy Salami Frittata Recipe - gluten free, healthy, clean eating recipe, low fat, high protein, meal prep, grain free, make ahead recipe, brunch, lunch, breakfast

Being a coeliac means that fast food looks a little different. You see, whilst some people may think of fast food as McDonald's or Subway, I think of fast food as yogurt, cheese and crackers or anything I've made in advance that I can grab and go or quickly reheat in the microwave.

So, because one can't exist on cheese and crackers and yogurt alone, I am always coming up with new make ahead recipes to ensure I always have a quick and easy option when I need food in a hurry.

Enter, these frittatas.

Easy Salami Frittata Recipe - gluten free, healthy, clean eating recipe, low fat, high protein, meal prep, grain free, make ahead recipe, brunch, lunch, breakfast

This is one of those recipes I'll make whilst I cook dinner of an evening. I first made it whilst I was making my Healthy Spinach Salami and Ricotta Cannelloni Recipe for dinner. I had leftover salami, the oven was on and I needed something for lunches throughout the week so I threw some ingredients together - and hoped for the best.

What those thrown together ingredients created was the easiest and most delicious frittata that we've been loving ever since. Full of flavour but made with just a few ingredients, it's a freezer friendly recipe that is perfect for meal prep and can be enjoyed for a quick breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a savoury snack!

The pictured version was made really simply - but usually I'll add frozen peas or corn (or both) to the mix too - if I have them on hand! I've even added chopped asparagus when it's in season.

So let me share the recipe with you! >>
